All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact. A nominal processing fee applies for reverse pickups, subject to service availability. Once your request is approved, the return process will be initiated, and a pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse and successful quality check, we will promptly process your exchange or issue a store credit. The credit note will be valid for 180 days and may be used for exchanges or future purchases. Please note that all refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit.
