Once your request is approved, the return process will be initiated, and a pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse and successful quality check, we will promptly process your exchange or issue a store credit. The credit note will be valid for 1 year and may be used for exchanges or future purchases. Please note that all refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit.
