We are pleased to offer a seamless return and exchange experience within 3 days of delivery. To initiate a request, kindly complete the Return or Exchange Request form using the provided link. All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact. A nominal processing fee applies for reverse pickups, subject to service availability. Once your request is approved, the return process will be initiated, and a pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours. Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse and successful quality check, we will promptly process your exchange or issue a store credit. The credit note will be valid for 1 year and may be used for exchanges or future purchases. Please note that all refunds are issued exclusively in the form of store credit.
